Our Story
Prime Loan Advisors was founded on a simple observation: most loan officers don't understand real estate investing. They process applications — they don't structure deals, analyze DSCR ratios, or understand why an investor needs to close in two weeks on a property that doesn't qualify for conventional financing.
We built Prime to fill that gap. Every advisor on our team specializes in investment property finance. We work exclusively with real estate investors — from first-time rental buyers to experienced portfolio operators with dozens of doors.
