• Deal review and loan matching through our "Shop Your Deal" feature
• Consultation services connecting borrowers with appropriate loan products

We act as a loan advisory firm — we are not a direct lender. All loans are originated and funded by our lending partners. Final loan terms, rates, and approval are determined by the originating lender.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in forms, applications, or communications
